Originally a Whittle Development, the development is built on the banks of Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, Texas (East of Dallas).

​

It is a modernized Italian design, with fountains and a marina. Work experience consisted of design and construction documentation under Jack O'Brien, Architect.
